Posisi Lamaran : Production Section Head (Supervisor)
Job Description
- Direct and control the company’s production
- Oversee all operating processes to ensure that the most efficient and effective
- Monitor output to ensure that production meets the established standards
- Maintain regular contact with other departments
- Provide advice and support to other departments
- Plan, introduce, and monitor maintenance and work schedules to ensure that machine downtime is kept to a minimum
- Monitor and review all engineering processes, documentation, tools, plant to ensure that these operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.
- Review and evaluate any new equipment and processes to ensure that they meet production requirements.
- Review the engineering process and cost implications of proposed new products.
- Recommend any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and product quality.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of production engineering to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective processes and equipment
- Direct and control staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to ensure that the company has up-to-date and relevant information.
- Maintain close links with other departments and internal clients to ensure that the appropriate products are developed to meet customer needs.
- Provide advice to managers and employees on all matters related to new product development.
General Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degrees or Master’s Degrees of Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fisheries.
- Experience at least 3 years in Manufacturing / Production process
Skill Competency:
- Experience in the field of Quality Engineering / Product Engineering / Product Development
- Preferred from manufacturing food industry
- Have an understanding implementation of Supply Chain, QCC, TQM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Good in Ms Office, Auto CAD, etc
