Posisi Lamaran : Senior Corporate Finance Manager
Job Description:
- Provide financial and strategic analysis on major decisions related to the company’s funding strategy, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Interact with other parties to analyze business performance and drive positive strategic changes across Bukalapak.
- Responsible for the preparation of regular and ad hoc internal reporting and investor communications as needed.
- Design financial models that help internal stakeholders in the decision-making process for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Conduct industry research related to trends risks, and opportunities that relevant to Bukapalak.
Job Requirements:
- Having more than 6 years experience in Corporate Finance area
- Having experience in investment/ equity industry will be an advantage
- Having strong educational background in Finance related degree
